Reshuffle of police officers

CHENNAI: In a reshuffle of police officials, the Government transferred and posted M. Pandian, Deputy Commissioner of Police as Superintendent of Police in Thiruvannamalai district vice S. Pannerselvam, who is transferred and posted as SP Railways in Chennai.

N. Baskaran, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic (North), Chennai, has been posted in Pulianthope vice Joshi Nirmal Kumar who has been transferred and posted SP Tamil Nadu Commando Force in Chennai.

S. Manoharan, SP, Railways, Chennai, has been posted as DCP Traffic (North) Chennai vice N. Baskaran.

A. T. Duraikumar, SP, Security-I CD, Chennai, has been posted as DCP Kilpauk vice M. Pandian.

P. Pakalvan, ASP, Crime, Kancheepuram, has been promoted as SP and posted at Civil Supplies Chennai vice K. A. Senthil Velan.

B. Vijayakumari, DCP, Central Crime Branch, Chennai, has been posted as AIG Law and Order Chennai in the redeployed post of SP Crime SIT Chennai.

C. Sridhar, DCP, Intelligence Section, Chennai, has been posted as DCP, Central Crime Branch vice B. Vijayakumari.

V. Chinnathambi, ADCP, Central Crime Branch-I, Chennai, has been promoted and posted as SP Economic Offences Wing-II Chennai.

N. Sivamoorthy, ADCP, Prohibition Enforcement Wing, Coimbatore city, has been posted as SP Anti-Dacoity Cell Chennai.

R. Mohan, ASP and vice principal, Police Training College, Chennai, has been promoted as SP Commercial Crime Investigation Wing Chennai and P. Ramakrishnan, ASP, Crime Branch CID SIT, Chennai, has been promoted as SP Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Southern Range, Chennai.
