TIRUCHI: The Institute for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (IECD), Bharathidasan University, has invited applications from Plus Two passed candidates for admission to job-oriented certificate and diploma courses it offers in association with the Bangalore-based Divya Knowledge Process Management Limited (DKPML). In a press release, the Institute Director, K. Parthasarathy, said that certificate programmes in BPO Management, Office Management, and Spoken English and Personality Development, and Diploma in Office Management expose candidates to quality training in communication skills, accent, call and customer management, managerial skills, office etiquette and personality development in accordance with the expectations of multi-national companies. These programmes are ideal for candidates who look for jobs in BPO and call centres, the release said. The durations for certificate and diploma programmes are three months and six months respectively. Admission is currently in progress and interested candidates can contact the DKPML functioning from the first floor of IECD Building at the university’s Khajamalai Campus till July 10.
