Aliens Space Station 1 has been commended as one of the top three projects in the Best Residential Development – Future Category in Cityscape Asia 2009. According to a statement issued here, Cityscape Asia is an international real estate investment and development event which presents Cityscape Awards for Real Estate in Asia. The award recognises and rewards ventures that have shown outstanding performance in key market and project areas, displayed innovative approach to strategy and set world class standards of design, safety, security, energy efficiency, leisure provision and other services. Aliens Space Station 1 has been described by the developers as the first Green Township in the State that aims to provide an integrated township with comfort, safety and convenience through advanced home automation and biometric access. The construction of this 30-floored residential township is in full swing and expected to be completed by 2011, it informed. Expertise of international consultants was availed for the residential project and they included Sparch, London, Meinhardt Infrastructure Pte, Singapore, Duffil Watts, New Zealand and Peridian International, Singapore.
