Reception for Karunakaran

Thiruvananthapuram: The DCC is organising a civic reception in honour of veteran Congress leader K. Karunakaran who is celebrating his ‘Navathi’ on Sunday. DCC president V.S. Sivakumar said the reception would be held at the Kanakakkunnu Palace on Sunday at 4 p.m.
