Manekshaw’s statue unveiled

Kakinada: A life-size bronze statue of Padma Vibhushan, Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw was unveiled at Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited here on Friday by additional district judge B Naga Maruti Sarma, Superintendent of Police Y Nagi Reddy and NCC Group Commander Colonel A.S. Kumaraswami in the presence of Nagarjuna Group chairman K.S. Raju. Besides being a stalwart in the Indian military arena, Manekshaw was chairman of Nagarjuna Group from 1990 to 2006. . SP Nagi Reddy , NFCL Director and CoS R.S. Nanda also spoke.
