Anniversary

BANGALORE: The Federation of Kannada Associations in Industries and Commerce is celebrating its seventh anniversary on Sunday. The event, to be held at Nayana Auditorium, will be inaugurated by the Minister for Labour B.N. Bachche Gowda. Several dignitaries, including freedom fighter H.S. Doraiswamy, and former Chairman of Central Advisory Committee, Ministry of Labour, N. Ramareddy, will be honoured. “Hasya Hagalu”, a humour programme, and poets’ meet will be held in the afternoon session, which will be followed by presentation of prizes to winners of competitions.
