Kannan-Chari triumph

Chennai: R. Kannan and S.K. Chari won the weekly pair event at the T.Nagar Social Club bridge tournament with a score of 63.30 percent playing North-South. S. Raghuraman and Kailasam won from the East-West direction with a score of 59.62 percent.

Other positions: North-South: 2. V. Suri and Kumar. 3. V. Krishnan and P.S. Santhanam. East-West: 2. C.R. Kumar and C. Mohana Krishna. 3. A. Mahadevan and B. Balaraman.
