COMED-K counselling begins

BANGALORE: The admission process for COMED-K 2009 began on Wednesday with 441 students attending the first round of counselling for medical and dental seats, which had been allotted to top 1,500 rank holders. According to a statement from COMED-K, the total number of medical and dental seats available before the start of counselling was 571 and 727 respectively.

The number of medical seats available after Day 1 counselling include 77 for General Merit, 53 for Christian Minority (Karnataka candidates only) and 20 for Tulu minority (Karnataka candidates only). The number of dental seats available after Day 1 counselling is 727. For details log on to www.comedk-org.
