12-year-old boy detained

NEW DELHI: A 12-year-old boy has been detained on charges of indulging in unnatural acts with two minor girls in Outer Delhi on Tuesday.

The victims -- aged five and six years -- had gone to watch television in the neighbourhood when the boy allegedly targeted them. The boy’s parents were away at work.

The girls narrated the incident to their parents who in turn reported the matter to the police. A medical examination of the victims confirmed the assault.
