Doctors’ Day observed

Thiruvananthapuram: The State Bank of Travancore and the Suvarna Social Circle of the Peroorkada branch of the bank observed Doctors’ Day on Wednesday by presenting 15 ceiling fans to Government District Model Hospital at Peroorkada. The fans were handed over by Joseph V. Mathew, Deputy General Manager, to Salma, Superintendent of the hospital. V. Prabhakaran, Assistant General Manager, S. Santosh Kumar, Chief Manager, and doctors were present. — Special Correspondent
