1:2 bonus from VST Tillers

CHENNAI: VST Tillers Tractors has reported a sharp rise in its income to Rs. 279 crore in the year ended March 31, 2009 from Rs. 191 crore in the previous year. The net profit has doubled to Rs. 29.91 crore from Rs. 14.40 crore. The company has recommended a dividend of Rs. 7.50 per share of Rs. 10 each. It has also announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2. — Corporate Reporter
