Judicial officers transferred

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court has transferred 250 judicial officers in the cadre of District Judges, ad hoc district judges (presiding officers of Fast Track Courts) and civil judges, with effect from July 1, 2009.

District Judge and Registrar (Judicial) of High Court Narendra Kumar Gunaki has been proposed for appointment as Presiding Officer of Industrial Tribunal. Registrar of Administration, High Court, M.S. Balakrishna, has been proposed for appointment as Presiding Officer of Labour Court, Bangalore.

Basavaraj Andanagouda Patil, Additional Registrar-General of Circuit Bench of High Court, Gulbarga, has been proposed for appointment as Registrar (Judicial), Principal Bench of High Court at Bangalore. H.P. Sandesh, Secretary to the Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court has been proposed for appointment as Registrar (Administration), High Court, Bangalore.

Narasimha S. Kulkarni, Central project Coordinator of Principal Bench at High Court of Bangalore has been proposed for appointment as Additional Registrar-General, High Court Circuit Bench at Dharwad.

P.N. Desai, Registrar, City Civil Court, Bangalore, has been proposed for appointment as Secretary to Chief Justice.
