VELLORE: The Indian Council for Child Welfare-Tamil Nadu will be conducting a district-level painting competition as part of the National Painting Competition 2009 for differently-abled children on Friday. Children in the 5-18 age group from Vellore district and all children studying in matriculation schools in and around Vellore can participate. The competition will be held at 10 a.m. at Voorhees Higher Secondary School. Only three children from each school can participate in the contest.
