HYDERABAD: The Vanasthalipuram police have registered a trespass and criminal intimidation case against Congress MLC from Nalgonda district Neti Vidya Sagar on Tuesday and arrested 13 of his associates for allegedly occupying a real estate businessman’s office illegally. According to the Inspector, Madhu Mohan, the MLC’s wife Kamala entered into an agreement with a real estate businessman, Narsimha Reddy, and arranged money for some of his ventures. As per their deal, Mr. Reddy registered 17 acres of land near Yadagirigutta on Ms. Kamala’s name. “But some dispute arose between the two and the MLC, along with his associates, occupied Mr. Reddy’s office near Sushma theatre sending away the latter’s employees on Monday night,” the Inspector said. They allegedly threatened to kill Mr. Reddy if he failed to settle the dispute immediately. The police raided the office and caught 13 associates of the MLC who were found consuming liquor inside. Others managed to flee.
