Bill on varsity introduced

CHENNAI: The government on Tuesday introduced a bill in the Assembly to provide a further period of one year to constitute the Syndicate, Academic Council and such other authorities of the Anna University, Tirunelveli.

According to the bill, the objective could be achieved by amending sub-section (1) of the section 56 of the Anna University, Tirunelveli Act. — Special Correspondent
