CHENNAI: Kannegi Packianathan, IAS, formerly Commissioner of Adi Dravidar Welfare, on return from training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, is posted as Special Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department, vice K.S. Muthuswaamy, IAS, already transferred. The services of Chandrakant B. Kamble, IAS, formerly Executive Director, Tobacco Board, Guntur, on his reversion from the Government of India, are placed at the disposal of the Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing and Development Corporation for appointment as its Managing Director vice P. Sivasankaran, IAS, holding additional charge. The services of K. Dhanavel, IAS, formerly Private Secretary to the Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare, on reversion from the Government of India and on return from training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, are placed at the disposal of the New Tiruppur Area Development Corporation for appointment as its Managing Director vice K. Phanindra Reddy, IAS, holding additional charge.
