Saikrishna finishes 12th

Mumbai: India’s S.T. Saikrishna from Tamil Nadu finished 12th among 34 contestants in the junior World chess championship for the visually impaired at Stockholm, Sweden.

According to a release from the All India Chess Federation for the Blind, Kisku Ganesh won his last round match to be placed 32nd.

Venuenzela’s Pulvett Daniel won the competition. — Special Correspondent
