India to play tri-series in September

Mumbai: Sri Lanka, India and New Zealand will play a one-day international tri-series in Sri Lanka in September 2009. The teams will play a one-match league involving three matches and the top two teams will contest the final.

The dates are yet to be finalised according to a press release from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). — Special Correspondent
