‘Women need 50 per cent quota’

KOLAR: Though women have made good progress in many fields, the atrocities against them still continues, Utthanur Rajamma, writer, has said.

She was speaking after inaugurating a programme organised by Vimochana and other outfits here on Thursday.

“It’s not 33 per cent, but 50 per cent reservation is what women need going by their numbers,” she said.
