Raising a stink



Callous: Blocked drains and overflowing manholes are common in Hassan, like this manhole near the Income Tax Office on Shankar Math Road. According to residents of the area, repeated complaints to the Hassan city municipal authorities in this regard have fallen on deaf ears.
