Silver jubilee

PANAJI: The Goa University will celebrate its 25th foundation day on Tuesday to mark the silver jubilee year celebrations. P. Balaram, Director, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, will deliver the keynote address on the theme of “Research and Higher Education: Indian Challenges” at the Kala Academy Complex here. Goa Governor and Chancellor of Goa University S.S. Sidhu will be the chief guest while Chief Minister Digambar Kamat will be the guest of honour. — Special Correspondent
