Book released

PANAJI: Goa Governor Shivinder Singh Sidhu released a book, “The Raj Bhavan Goa”, at a function at the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan here on Wednesday. Chief Minister Digambar Kamat and Speaker Pratapsingh Rane were present. Researched and scripted by Mario Cabral e Sa, writer and journalist, the book broadly dwells upon Goa’s cultural and political glories — ancient, medieval and modern — and gives a vivid account of the sprawling and ever-green Raj Bhavan. — Special Correspondent
