Boy falls to death

CHENNAI: A boy who was flying a kite died when he slipped and fell from the terrace at Kodungaiyur here on Sunday.

According to police sources, R. Santhosh (15) of Sriperumbudur, who was studying in Standard X, had come to his relative’s place at Kodungaiyur. The accident happened while he playing with his friends on the second floor.

The victim suffered a head injury and died soon after he was admitted to the Government General Hospital. The Kodungaiyur police have registered a case.
