ProtestThe committee registered its protest with Collector A. Vani Prasad and Superintendent of Police B. Balakrishna on the incident after visiting the nursing college and interacting with students at Nidadavole where the MLA was alleged to have committed the offence. Mr. Ashok Gajapathi Raju wondered how the police acted swiftly and arrested the legislator without finding any evidence just. ‘Case of vendetta’The TDP leaders said the mobs allegedly backed by the Congress had damaged the college and created terror in the minds of nursing students.
