“Zero plus zero is equal to zero”

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Thursday described the new alliance of the HJC and the BSP as “zero plus zero is equal to zero”. After flagging off an ambulance for the Civil Hospital in Sohna on the eve of Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi’s birthday, Mr. Hooda said the “alliance” would meet a similar fate as the alliance between the BJP and the INLD led by Om Parkash Chautala which had been virtually “grounded”.
