Chief Minister holds talks with Reddy brothers

Staff Correspondent

DAVANGERE: Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa had an in-door discussion with Ministers G. Karunakar Reddy, G. Janardhan Reddy and B. Sriramulu at the GMIT College guesthouse here on Tuesday before leaving for the high school grounds where the Vikasa Sankalpa Utsava celebrations were held.

The Reddy brothers and Mr. Sriramulu were in a room in the guesthouse and were summoned by the Chief Minister to his room upstairs. However, what transpired there is not known.

However, the Chief Minister later told presspersons that he and the three Ministers discussed various development aspects of the State. He denied a suggestion that it [the meeting] was to patch up differences with the Reddy brothers and Mr. Sriramulu.

The Reddy brothers and Mr. Sriramulu, who seemed to have been pacified, shared lighter moments with the Chief Minister when on stage at the Vikasa Sankalpa Utsava celebrations.
