Port official held on graft charge

Kakinada: The Anti-Corruption Bureau officials caught Kakinada port officer M.V. Krishna Mohan red-handed accepting a bribe of Rs.2 lakh at his office here on Monday. Mr. Krishna Mohan was approached by a barge owner Ahmed Ali Shah for permission to allow berthing a steel barge in the port area for repairs. He will be produced in ACB special court at Vijayawada.
