Punit shines

NEW DELHI: Aided by Punit Giloria’s all-round showing (35 runs and two wickets), Vidya Jain Academy beat Gyan Bharti School by 56 runs in the Gyaneshwar Prasad memorial cricket tournament at the MSM ground here on Sunday.

The scores: Vidya Jain Academy 190 for six in 30 overs (Punit Giloria 35, Kshitij Sharma 32, Chankya Batra three for 32) bt Gyan Bharti School 134 for eight in 30 overs (Vinay Kumar 40, Vaibhav Gulati three for 15).
