Reception for Tharoor

Thiruvananthapuram: The District Congress Committee (DCC) will accord a reception to Union Minister of State Shashi Tharoor on Friday. Mr. Tharoor is visiting the city for the first time after taking over as the Union Minister of State for External Affairs.

The function will be held at the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport at 9 a.m.
