PUDUCHERRY: Senior Superintendent of Police (Law and Order) B. Srikanth on Tuesday said that the crime branch of Delhi police had arrested Konte Sandiakou, who holds a Mali passport, for his alleged involvement in a black money scam. Mr. Srikanth told The Hindu that the arrested foreign national was the one who cheated a resident of Puducherry . The arrest was made following a tip-off given by the Pondicherry police, he added.
