THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Thirteen players shared the lead with two points each in the boys’ section of the State under-11 chess tournament at the YMCA hall here on Saturday.

Defending champion S.L.Narayanan, State under-9 champion A.Abhishek and rated players Athul Krishna, M.Manu were among the leaders.

In the girls’ section favourite C.H. Meghna, Hilmi Parveen and Aleena Jose were in the lead with two points each.
