Development initiative: Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia greets Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor after releasing a book ‘Unleashing India’ penned by Union Minister of Law and Justice Veerappa Moily, in New Delhi on Friday. Talking to journalists after he was appointed to the post for a second term, Mr. Ahluwalia said the Commission would focus on infrastructure development and inclusive growth. The reconstituted Commission will have three new members — Saumitra Chaudhuri, Narendra Jadhav and Mihir Shah.
