ONGC sends relief material to Sundarbans

KOLKATA: The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) has rushed relief material and medical team to the Aila-affected areas in Sundarbans.

The relief material, worth approximately Rs. 25 lakh, comprises 10,000 litres of packaged drinking water, 2,350 tins of baby food, medicines, oral rehydration solution, disinfectants, water purifying tablets, candles and clothes.

The vehicles carrying the materials were flagged off from the ONGC Complex here, by GM-Support Manager, C.R. Baidya.
