Sunday kutcheri in the park

CHENNAI: As part of Sundaram Finance’s Sunday kutcheri series in parks, C. Madhumathy, a student of Sri Sankara Vidhyashram, will present a Carnatic music performance at 6.30 a.m. on Sunday at the Nageswara Park, Mylapore.

She will be accompanied by S. Sriram on the violin, Guhesh Swaminathan on the mridangam and K.R. Venkat Subramaniam on the tabla.

Organised on the first Sunday of every month, the one-hour programme serves as a platform for young artists, below 15, to showcase their musical talent. These kutcheris do not feature mikes and speakers. For registration and audition, contact 94440 40748.
