Lawyers enrolled

KOCHI: Lawyers should be able to support weaker and marginalised sections of society, Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court S.R. Bannurmath has said. He was speaking at the enrolment ceremony organised by the Bar Council of Kerala here on Sunday. He also urged the lawyers to update themselves with the changes that were taking place in society. The day witnessed 473 law graduates entering the profession. Jacob Varghese, Vinod C. Cherian and M. Ramankutty, office-bearers of the council, attended. — Staff Reporter
