With only three days to go for May 27, the day on which the Russians have said they will handover to East Germany the control of East Berlin and the control of access to Berlin, reports reaching in London on May 24 from Bonn, the West German capital, speak of an unusual exodus from West Berlin. Twelve business conventions and congresses are concluding their session, according to these reports, to get out of West Berlin in good time. The commercial air services leaving the city are full up till Tuesday.
