Oriental, PNB in bancassurance tie-up

NEW DELHI: Oriental Insurance Company and Punjab National Bank (PNB) have entered into a tie-up for a bancassurance venture in order to give a new direction to their mutual business relations and reach out to the rural masses in a big way through the PNB network. Under the agreement, PNB’s customers would be able to avail themselves of Oriental Insurance products at competitive rates. — Special Correspondent
