NEW DELHI: Ravinder Mohan struck the match-winner in the 58th minute as Northern Railway defeated Central Excise and Customs 1-0 in a Group II match of the Chief Minister’s Cup DSA institutional football league at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Saturday. The Railway team completed its engagements with 12 points from four matches, while the other team ended up with six points. In another match, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) came from behind to record a 2-1 victory over Indian Airlines. Arun Biswas put Indian Airlines ahead in the 37th minute, while Gagan Chauhan struck two goals in the space of three minutes early in the second half to clinch the issue for DDA. DDA has six points from three matches, and Airlines has not scored a point in four matches.
