Indian team leaves for Jakarta

NEW DELHI: The Indian basketball team will take part in the 20th FIBA Asia Champions Cup to be held in Jakarta from May 12 to 20.

After a 45-day coaching camp in Bangalore, the team left for the Indonesian capital on Saturday.

The team: Sambhaji Kadam, Talwinderjeet Singh, Trideep Rai, Vishesh Bhriguvanshi, Hareesh Koroth, Riyaz Uddin, Mihir Pandey, Jayram Jat, Jagdeep Singh, Vineeth Revi Mathew, Sanjay Raj, Harpalsinh Vaghela.

Head Coach: Aleksandar Bucan; Assistant Coach: Mohit Bhandari; Physiotherapist: Sudhir Singh Rathore; FIBA Referee: Amarjot Singh Mavi. — Sports Reporter
