HYDERABAD: The Indian Cricket League (ICL) has sent a communication to its players asking them to state whether they want to stay with the ICL or quit it by May 15. The players have been told that they would be given a return response from ICL within five days. Seven former Hyderabad Ranji players including Ambati Rayudu, Ibrahim Khaleel, Alfred Absolom, P. Sashank Nag, Indra Sekhar Reddy, Kaushik Reddy and P.S. Niranjan will take a collective decision to quit the ICL, and are hoping for a positive response from the ICL. “This is a welcome development. I enjoyed playing with ICL but since the BCCI has given us a chance to come back to the domestic fold, we would like to look at the option carefully,” said Khaleel.
