SZ senior baseball from today
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The sixth South Zone senior baseball championship for men and women will be held at the Chandrasekharan Nair stadium here from Friday.
Teams from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu besides host Kerala will be seen in action in the three-day event, being conducted in the State for the first time.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, the Kerala Baseball Association president, M.N. Krishnamurthy said that his Association had taken up the responsibility to host the event as part of its efforts to popularise the game.
