THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Trivandrum Cricket Union and Friends Cricket Club posted contrasting wins in the TDCA ‘E’ division cricket league at the Vellayani Agriculture College ground on Wednesday. While TCU defeated Cradles CC by 64 runs, Friends CC pulled off a narrow eight-run win over Cricket Club of Kerala. The scores: TCU 176 for nine in 26 overs (Arun three for 45) bt Cradles CC 112 in 20.5 overs (Biju five for 17). Friends CC 150 for four in 26 overs (S.S.Vishnu 37 not out) bt CCK 142 in 24.1 overs (Sanu four for 35).
