KANNUR: Two activists of the Popular Front of India (PFI) were seriously injured and a two-wheeler they were riding was set ablaze in an attack allegedly by Communist Party of India (Marxist) workers at Moonunirathu near Azhikode under the Valapattanam police station limits here on Sunday. Tension broke out in the area following the incident around 6 p.m. The injured were identified as Savad, 22, and Haneefa, 24, hailing from the area.
