Electrical Safety Week observance

Thiruvananthapuram: The Electrical Inspectorate is observing the week beginning May 1 as Electrical Safety Week. Electricity Minister A.K. Balan will inaugurate the State-level programme here on May 2. The function will be followed by the presentation of a play on electrical safety titled ‘Short Circuit’ and a seminar. A ‘Safety Run’ will be flagged off by Sports Minister M.Vijayakumar.
