Get fresh passes for spare vehicles: Collector Norms on posters, voter cards explained TIRUNELVELI: Candidates testing their electoral fortunes should submit their poll expenditures once in four days to the officials concerned without fail, Collector and Returning Officer for Tirunelveli Lok Sabha seat R. Palaniyandi has said. Addressing a meeting of the candidates and their representatives here on Wednesday, he said that candidates of Tirunelveli constituency should submit their poll expenditure to his Personal Assistant (Accounts) Rajendran once in four days, while Accounts Officer, DRDA Balasubramanian would receive the election expense details from the candidates of Tenkasi (Reserved) segment. Candidates should get fresh passes from the police station concerned for spare vehicles, he said. He also explained in detail the procedures on printing of posters, EVMs, documents to be used by voters in case of the absence of identity cards, etc. All the six Central Poll Observers participated.
