Six held while planning robbery

NEW DELHI: Six men allegedly planning to commit robbery in a bus were arrested at Paschim Vihar here on Saturday. The police claim to have seized a country-made firearm from one of them. Acting on a tip-off that some criminals would gather in a park, the police raided the place and arrested six of them.

They were identified as Dharambir, Raju, Satish, Netram, Ashok and Kishor.

During interrogation, they purportedly confessed to their involvement in criminal cases in the past.
