Collector inspects sensitive booths
KRISHNAGIRI: Collector V.K. Shanmugam inspected sensitive election booths in Uthangarai Assembly segment recently. He visited eight booths at Mittappalli Panchayat Union Primary School, Hanumantheertham Panchayat Union Middle School and Mungilery Panchayat Union Middle School. He instructed officials to ensure the safety of voters during polling day. Electric connection, water supply and sanitary facilities should be ensured at the booths. Twenty-one booths in Krishnagiri Assembly constituency, 22 in Veppanahalli, 25 in Hosur, 39 in Thali, 21 in Uthangarai and 16 booths in Bargur constituency are identified as sensitive booths. Ten booths are identified as hyper sensitive booths.
