Kalyanaraman slams century

CHENNAI: A fine 104 (83 balls, 1x6, 15x4) by Kalyanaraman was the highlight of United India Insurance’s 52 run- victory over Elixir Solutions in the Kalpathi-YSCA league cum knock out tournament being played here.

Umpires exam

The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) will conduct the State Panel umpires examination in the first week of June.

Candidates who have completed 21 years of age but haven’t completed 40 years of age (as of April 1) are eligible.

Application forms may be had from the TNCA between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on all working days from April 20.

Candidates should remit an examination fee of Rs. 50 with the application form. The last date of submission of applications is May 2.
