NEW DELHI: The Lok Jan Shakti Party on Tuesday released a list of 42 candidates for Lok Sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Maharashtra, Assam, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Orissa. This is the second list released by the party. The contestants in Madhya Pradesh are Bimla Sondhiya (Rewa), Haji Noorullah (Khandwa), Shobhanath Sain (Satna), Krishanpal Singh Pave (Sehdol), Jagdish Prasad Ahirwar (Tikamgarh), Rajkumari Singh Rajpoot (Jabalpur), Rambabu Prihar (Muraina), Abdul Hameed Khan (Bhopal), Maniram Jatav (Guna), Dhan Singh Ahirwar (Sagar), Harbhajan Jangade (Vidisha), Madan Lal Rajora (Ujjain), Rajesh Ratliya (Rajgadh), Gangaram Jokechand (Dewas-Sajapur), Virendra Bairagi (Balaghat) and Devsingh Bhalavi (Mandala). In Chhattisgarh, Prem Shankar Mahilange has been fielded from Janjgeer and in Jammu and Kashmir Sanjeev Kumar Manmotra will be the party’s candidate from Jammu. Other candidates in the fray are Keshav Chauhan from Kangra in Himachal Pradesh, Mujuddin Mahmood from Barpeta in Assam and K.A. Hamza from Chalakudy, Kerala. MaharashtraIn Maharashtra, the party has fielded Feroz Khan Dayamakhan from Aurangabad, Syed Maqsood from Jalna and Harish Chandra Dagdu Patil from Bhiwandi. In Uttarakhand the candidates are Madan Singh Mair ( Nainital), Shailesh Kumar Verma (Tihri), Ganesh Pant (Garhwal), Yashpal Arya (Almora Pithoragarh) and Nar Singh (Haridwar). The party has announced 11 candidates for Punjab. These are Kiranjeet Singh Gehri (Bhatinda), Sahab Singh (Ferozpur), Raghubir Kaur (Gurdaspur), Govind Rai (Anandpur Sahib), Kartar Singh Patna (Ludhiana), Mohinder Singh (Khadoor Sabib), Ram Singh (Fathehgarh Sahib), Brijesh Batta (Patiala), Nav Vikas (Jallandhar), Kashmiri Lal (Hoshihyarpur) and Anil Kumar (Amristar). Vijyanand Mishra will contest from Bhubaneshwar and Santosh Sharma from Cuttuck in Orissa.
