Gargi Parsai

NEW DELHI: Sanjay Dutt, who arrived here from Lucknow, declined to comment on whether he would be fine with his wife Manyata replacing him. “It depends on what the party decides,” he said and added that it was a “family matter.”

Amid speculation that the Samajwadi Party might field Rajya Sabha MP Jaya Bachchan, from Lucknow, party general secretary Amar Singh said, he “will discuss” with Ms. Bachchan.
